Sherli turned 3 on the 25th March...as it is a schoolin day, I have decided to let her celebrate this special day with her friends at the centre. She was so excited approachin the day. The nite b4 she had difficulty fallin asleep,e excitement was overwhelmin fer her...and she kept askin if I was goin to the centre with her. I told her I would come later.
I promised her that I would come with her bro to celebrate the party but I almost broke ma promise due to the heavy rain. I smsed her principal lettin her know that I might nt b able to make it. The reply that her principal gave me made me jumped up and immediately got maself and e lil one ready to go to the centre. The principal smsed that Sherli shared with her that I was goin to come and she was all excited. At that point of time, I knew it would break her heart if I was not there with her...
Finally I got there just in time for the cake-cutting. She was so happy and proud showin off her bonda and her lil Rian to her teachers and friends. That smile on her face told me that all the rushin around was worth it. Ayahanda was not around due to work commitment but he joined uz later and brought uz to IKEA for dinner.
On that same day, Sherli was celebratin her birthday with her good friend Reiko. Reiko had her grandfather, mother and sister there with her. Just imagine if I was not there in time fer Sherli, she must be very pissed with me for breakin ma promise to her.
